gpe-othello software package provides othello board game for GPE, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gpe-othello
gpe-othello is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gpe-othello package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpe-othello *
You will get with gpe-othello package name, version, architecture and description in a table
